Tatyana Arsh!
Ms. Tatyana Arsh is a Professional
Engineer and currently serves as Director of Public Utilities, City of
Columbus. An organization which has operating budget of $500.00 million,
Capital improvements budget of over $100 million per year and 1400
employees. The department serves over one million customers in Central Ohio
and has division of Power and Water and division of Sewer and Drainage.
From 1996 to 2006, Ms. Arsh also served in various capacities in the
Sewerage and Drainage division. Prior to 1996 Ms. Arsh was associated with
R. D. Zande and Associates Inc. She received most of her education in
Russia, where she was born and raised before coming to America. She is
married and has a son.
